A Khasi lady walks past a downed shutter in Shillong's Mawlai locality (which though in Shillong is a separate census town. And the town of Mawlai within the city of Shillong constitutes of 15 different villages - 14 with the prefix Mawlai and one Umshing Mawkynroh).

    The bright blue shutter in the background distracts the subject. Certainly made a SPlash there!
