Dear, you are displaying Bihar Government official print advertisement, It is a good idea but you should also give some links, sources and contacts who are directly involved in relief work.
Government machinery always do the things in their style and everyone knows it.
If you want then you can extract some information from http://biharbaadh.blogspot.com.
Your some old friends are running campaign for Bihar Kosi Flood victims. I hope you are also doing the same at your level best.
Regards
Ajit...

Ajit: I know that a lot of people out there are making a commendable effort towards providing relief to the flood victims. But there is also an issue of authenticity, therefore I couldn't rush on a linking spree.

You are right that I should put put up more options for people to donate for the cause. I'm updating the post. And I put up the Bihar Government's ad because after all the government is the most powerful force in such crisis situations and we should try to further empower it.
